Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect when you visit My Health Bestie, why we collect it, and what your rights are.

What we collect

• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard request data such as IP address, user agent, referrer, and the requested URL. This is used to operate the site and prevent abuse.
• Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set cookies, does not track visitors across sites, and does not store IP addresses or personal identifiers. We also use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns.
• Email correspondence. If you email us, we keep your message and reply for as long as needed to respond and follow up.

Cookies

We use one local-storage value to remember your light/dark theme choice. Google Analytics may set cookies to measure aggregate traffic. This site does not currently display advertisements and does not use Google AdSense. If we ever add ads, an account system, or comments, we will update this policy and add an appropriate consent prompt before any new data is collected.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not accept paid placements or sponsored content disguised as editorial.

Your rights

If you live in a region with a privacy law (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, or similar), you have the right to ask what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email blog.boopul@gmail.com.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
